Rand Paul Absolutely Destroys Dr. Fauci And His Mask Theater That Lacks Science, Data

Republican Sen. Rand Paul continues to push back against the "mask theater" coming from White House chief medical advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci. In fact, the two sparred over the topic during a recent Senate hearing, and the exchange went viral.

Paul argues that masks become unnecessary after a person has recovered from COVID-19 or has been vaccinated for the virus. Fauci, on the other hand, continues to wear two masks and pushes for others to stick to wearing masks.

Well, Paul has had enough.

"Isn’t it just theater?" Paul asked. "You’ve been vaccinated and you parade around in two masks for show. You can’t get it again. There’s virtually 0% chance you’re going to get it, and you’re telling people that have had the vaccine who have immunity — you’re defying everything we know about immunity by telling people to wear masks who have been vaccinated."

In the wise words of comedian Ron White, shoooooo buddy.

"Can I just state for the record that masks are not theater," Fauci said. "I totally disagree with you."

We've seen this sort of thing before, right? States such as Florida and Texas have made unpopular decisions regarding how to handle the virus, and so far, they've mostly been right.

Slowly, some states are beginning to lift the mask mandates. They're over all the "follow the science" BS that has no science to back it up, and so is Rand Paul. We'll soon find out if those states are correct.
