Rams' Andrew Whitworth To Return For 2021 Season

Some good news to share: 39-year-old OT Andrew Whitworth of the Los Angeles Rams is returning to football in 2021. He spends his free time arguably being the nicest guy ever, so we're happy to see him back. Whitworth spoke with Steve Wyche and Jim Trotter on the Huddle & Flow podcast to make his full statement:

"I love the energy bus and being that guy for us. That's my thing," the 39-year-old Whitworth said. "I try to be the energy bus and tell all the guys I'm driving and they can hop on."

With everything he's done off the field, who wouldn't run through a wall for this guy?

He was later asked why he decided to return to the Rams.

"It's less about coming back and more about, are you willing to go play somewhere else, if that's what has to happen?"

The two-time All-Pro knows his work on the 2020-21 season isn't done. The Rams take on Green Bay in the divisional round this weekend. Most of us won't be rooting for the Rams, but we still love seeing ourselves some Andrew Whitworth.
