Raiders Contemplating QBs Heading Into Draft

Once again, the Raiders have done their homework on all the top quarterbacks heading into the 2021 NFL Draft.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports the Raiders have done their research and will be ready to snag a quarterback when their No. 17 pick comes around.

It is expected that Trevor Lawrence and Zach Wilson to be long gone by the time the Raiders pick, and even Mac Jones is expected at the No. 3 overall spot, but ProFootballRumors.com reports that beyond that, there's a chance of this year’s top-rated QBs sliding.

"Some expect the Falcons to select North Dakota's Trey Lance at No. 4 and it’s widely anticipated that Ohio State’s Justin Fields will hear his name called in the top ten," the article states. "Still, draft day is always full of surprises, and the Raiders’ board of first-round worthy QBs could be longer than others in the NFL."
