ProFootballDoc: Injury Analysis for Final Monday Night Game of NFL Season

One more game before the first ever NFL week 18 is here.

Our honorable mention picks were a perfect 4-0, but the overall injury-based selections were 6-3. Counting only the five main picks drops our record against the spread to 46-38-1 (+8) on the season. The 20+ SIC score differential games went 4-1. The only loss was a half-point miss when Philadelphia only won by four over Washington. The Patriots, Bears, Chargers and Seahawks all covered easily.

The final Monday Night game of the season is meaningful for the Steelers, but the Browns have been eliminated. Pittsburgh needs to win and get some help. Cleveland can only look to next season.

CLEVELAND -1.5 vs PITTSBURGH

By a small margin, the Browns are the healthier squadb, ut they can only play spoiler. The Steelers have the emotion of a "meaningful" game and a farewell to Ben Roethlisberger, who will likely play his last home game of his Hall of Fame Steelers career at Heinz Field.

The Browns are pretty healthy offensivelyw, ith the Steelers missing two key defensive linemen, plus LB Devin Bush. Cleveland is short three of the top five in its secondary.

Will motivation and the magic of Big Ben prevail, or the small injury advantage in this essentially pick 'em game?
