President Donald Trump released a new video from Walter Reed Medical Center, where he is being treated after sustaining Covid-19. In the video, he appeared to be in good spirits:

Melania asked me to say something as to the respect that she has for our country, the love that she has for our country. We’re both doing well. Melania is really handling it very nicely. As you’ve probably read, she’s slightly younger than me, just a little tiny bit. Therefore, we know the disease. We know the situation. Age versus younger people. Melania’s handling it statistically like it’s supposed to be handled.”

What an awesome leader. Winston Churchill and Donald Trump may be completely different men, from different periods of history, but their hearts, and the burden they carried, are cut from the same cloth. Thank God for Donald Trump, and God Bless America.
That was actually quite well done and heartening. No politics. No bombast. Calm. Humble. Clear. He looks pretty well, to boot. He’s probably getting more rest than he’s had in 3.5 years. If all goes well, he’s going to shoot out of this like a cannonball.
