Police Officer Punches Suspect in Cuffs, Gets Cuffed

Well, this is not an ordinary scene.

An Illinois police officer arrested a suspect only to turn around and punch him. Another police officer on the scene then arrested the cop who threw the punch.

As far as the video shows, the arrested cop was not punched. So, this isn't exactly an eye for an eye.

It sucks to see anyone get arrested, or punched, or get arrested for punching someone they've just arrested. However, it happens.
