Pistons Cut LiAngelo Ball, Lavar Not Happy

It looks like the Ball family has finally taken an "L." The Detroit Pistons have announced that they have waived LiAngelo Ball, and as you can imagine, Lavar Ball is not happy about it.

It's amazing how Lavar can go from praising Detroit Piston history to calling them "raggedy" in just a week. He's been known to defend his kids to a fault, so this type of reaction is almost expected.

LiAngelo should have some interest from NBA squads, considering he would certainly draw a crowd. Ball's NBA fanfare alone would put more people in the stands of a bad team. Even if you don't like the Ball family, there should be little doubt that we still care about them. They're the Kardashians of the NBA.

Shooting coach "Lethal Shooter" rushed to LiAngelo Ball's defense following his release.

It seems embarrassing to get cut from an NBA team, but it's the hardest league in which to earn and keep a spot. It's not often that NBA teams have open roster spots, which makes the dream of being an NBA player next to impossible. If it ever happens for LiAngelo Ball, then it will happen somewhere other than Detroit.

Expect Lavar to talk LiAngelo into a role somewhere. And no matter what anyone says, we're going to watch.
