Tomorrow morning at 1 et, Peyton Manning is retiring from football. 

This will end a career on the national stage that began way back on September 3rd, 1994 when 18 year old Peyton Manning jogged onto the Rose Bowl field to play against UCLA. 

At that point — Keith Jackson, seriously, how perfect is this? — says by way of introduction. 

“Here comes Peyton Manning making his entry for the University of Tennessee. Get used to it.”
