FBI Looking For Woman Who Allegedly Stole Nancy Pelosi’s Laptop to Sell to Russians

Well, I didn't see this one coming. The FBI is searching for Riley June Williams, a woman accused of stealing Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s laptop during the Capitol attack to sell it to the Russians.

To the Russians, huh?

"It appears that WILLIAMS has fled," the affidavit signed Sunday says. "According to local law enforcement officers in Harrisburg, WILLIAMS’ mother stated that WILLIAMS packed a bag and left her home and told her mother she would be gone for a couple of weeks. WILLIAMS did not provide her mother any information about her intended destination."

A witness claimed to authorities they saw Williams "taking a laptop computer or hard drive from Pelosi’s office."

"Witness 1 stated that WILLIAMS intended to send the computer device to a friend in Russia, who then planned to sell the device to SVR, Russia’s foreign intelligence service. According to , the transfer of the computer device to Russia fell through for unknown reasons and WILLIAMS still has the computer device or destroyed it."
