Apparently, the philosophy for Paulina Gretzky is to come to The Masters strong or don’t come at all.
Or as Brad Hunter of the Toronto Sun put it, Gretzky “has hit a hole-in-one” with her getup for golf’s biggest stage, which begins Thursday at Augusta National Golf Club.
Gretzky, 32, is the daughter of hockey legend Wayne Gretzky and tends to spend a lot of time parading around the PGA Tour. She also tends to spend a lot of time on Instagram, with the focus squarely on what the guys are coming to see — herself.
Of course, she’s also engaged to Dustin Johnson, so she’s headed to The Masters to do more than just, ya know, show off. She has a rooting interest.
“Honey, I’m forever & always your biggest fan. so proud of you @djohnsonpga,” she wrote.
Her garb for The Masters apparently will begin with a brazen cropped-style top, and some gold chains dotting an otherwise bare back.
Bottom line: Some guys who don’t really care about golf or Dustin Johnson may suddenly take an interest in The Masters. And it’s not because they actually care about any of those things.
At this point, she’s becoming an embarrassment to herself and those around her…
