Paige VanZant Content Assault Continues, Joe Burrow's Mission & Peyton Manning On SNL

There's still very little nervousness here in SW Florida for this Bengals game

It still doesn't feel real that MY Bengals are now four quarters away from playing in the Super Bowl. I'm not even sure how to feel other than just being happy to have my team playing a game on January 30 and to have a legitimate chance -- even though the line is up to -7.5 -- to beat the Chiefs.

Are the nerves flaring up? Not for me. The Bengals have exceeded my expectations which included winning just one playoff game. Now they have two wins, I'm in SW Florida to watch the game with my dad and stepmother and it's all gravy at this point.

We'll head to the Marco Island Brewery where dad said there were quite a few Bengals fans for the Wild Card game. That's it. We're keeping this simple. Keep the head on straight. Stay focused on the goal. Take it one play at a time.

Game prediction:

The Bengals proved in early January they can move the ball at ease against the Chiefs, but the defense was pourous against the run, giving up 155 on the ground. I think the Bengals' defense plays better against the run, but Mahomes throws it more and we get another shootout.

Is it possible the Bengals have the Chiefs' number and just have enough offense, and a kicker, to beat this team again?

Yes.

33-31 .... Bengals.

That's all I can think about this morning. Let's save the emails for tomorrow morning and hope that Jackson Mahomes and Patrick's baby mama don't get to spray champagne on Chiefs fans. That's all I can hope for later tonight.
