Outkick the Show: Wednesday, October 30, 2019

On today’s Outkick the Show, Clay Travis commented on Baker Mayfield of the Cleveland Browns and his testy reaction to a reporter which wasn’t a good look for the struggling QB, a questionable Twitter account that obsessively defends Tampa Bay Buccaneer QB Jameis Winston, the questionable interference call in Game 6 of the World Series which led to the ejection of Washington Nationals manager Dave Martinez, Nick Saban’s press conference where he questioned Tua Tagovailoa’s return in time for the upcoming LSU - Alabama matchup, and a recent Politico poll which shows a surge for President Donald Trump. The election will be decided in the rustbelt/Big Ten states, said Travis.

Clay also identified the origins of identity politics and commended Barack Obama for his statements against woke politics, and concluded by talking about Houston Astros super-fan Mattress Mack and his exorbitant gambling strategies during the World Series. The best possible outcome, said Clay, would be for Mack to lose everything and permanently step out of the limelight.
