Outkick the Show: Wednesday, May 27, 2020

On today’s Outkick the Show, Clay Travis shared more positive data on the coronavirus front, including this: “34 states have seen more deaths from the flu in 2018 than coronavirus deaths in 2020. Almost 2/3 of our states had more deaths from the 2018 flu and we didn’t hear about it at all. The data is clear: the entire nation needs to be back to work. It’s not complicated.”

Clay continued by praising golf for getting their sport back on television, especially approving what Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson have done by including ‘ordinary guys’ on the golf course. Clay also spent time bemoaning the lack of progress made by the NBA and MLB, and offered a solution to get big league baseball back on the field. Clay concluded by discussing the value of data to better understand everything from the coronavirus to the recent police incidents in the news.
