Outkick the Show: Monday, October 14, 2019

On today’s Outkick the Show, Clay Travis commented on Georgia’s implosion over the weekend in their loss to South Carolina. The “stat maven’ offered some statistical insight to better understand the contest, calling it more of a statistical anomaly rather than an indictment on the talent of this season’s Georgia Bulldogs.

Clay also discussed the Tennessee Titans ongoing failure to compete in the NFL, then continued by talking about the downward spiral of the Dallas Cowboys with Dak Prescott’s game stats continuing to decline — along with his team’s record. Clay went on to comment on the pathetic performance of Tampa Bay Buccaneer Jameis Winston, the surprising dominance and leadership of the Saints’ Teddy Bridgewater, the questionable return of Cam Newton in light of Kyle Allen’s consistent string of wins for the Panthers, the dismal performance of Baker Mayfield, as well as commenting on the other NFL games over the weekend. The San Francisco 49ers, LA Rams, Houston Texans, and Pittsburgh Steelers were all featured on the show.
