#2 Ohio State (-8.5) @ #6 Michigan

Get the number now while you still can. The spread is already up from an early 6.5 for Ohio State and I don’t see this thing coming down anytime soon. Ohio State is in a rhythm right now that’s only gotten better the past month. We don’t really need to rehash the dominance against Michigan State except to say Michigan’s pass defense is better than State’s (which was dead last). In fact, the Wolverines are 8th in that regard. Michigan has feasted on some of the lower-end Big Ten offensive teams over the last month to help bolster some of those numbers. I do think this thing will be a hard-hitting affair and Michigan will not be embarrassed like their pals from East Lansing but this is business for the Buckeyes and they’ve got the bodies everywhere to make the trip work for them. Let’s go Buckeyes -8.

#13 BYU (-7) @ USC

The last game of the 2021 regular season (next week’s rescheduling of Cal doesn’t count in my books) is likely going to be a kick to the gonads for a proud program. Without question, this season has been a floundering mess for USC. Gambling-wise, the Trojans have lost 5 straight ATS and 6 of 7 and are in prime “let’s get this thing over with” mode. However, they have one last chance for a stand against a highly ranked BYU squad hell-bent (sorry guys) for their 10th win. The Trojans have an offense capable of moving the ball ranking 14th in passing yards per game and 28th in total yards… but their defense is built like it’s on roller skates. USC allows 32.2 points per contest. That’s 103rd in the nation. That won’t get it done this weekend. BYU is a machine right now passing and running it and USC is just in the way. COUGARS -7 NOW!
