Outkick Bets: Betting Jazz/Grizzlies

A big night looms in Memphis. The Grizzlies currently are a -5.5-point favorite tonight and that’s already up from opening at -2.5.

It’s easy to see why you’d love Memphis here because it’s already been announced that Rudy Gobert is out tonight and breaking as I am typing this, the return of Donovan Mitchell to the lineup for Utah has been delayed. He hasn’t played in eleven days. Despite being 4th in the West, they’ve lost 8 out of 10 and 4 out of 5 during this run without Mitchell.

Memphis is a dynamo right now. In their last 17 games the Grizzlies are 14-3 straight up and 13-4 ATS and it’s been against the entire gambit of competition. They are cruising with Ja Morant (who just entered the top ten in the NBA scoring title chase) and Jaren Jackson Jr. The latter has scored 20+ in 3 of his last four games and six of his last 10. I’m typing fast because fam we want this -5.5 while we can still get it. Grizzlies at home -5.5 is the play against a depleted Jazz team.
