FanDuel had the spread at Ohio State -27.5 and that seemed to be a formality pre-game, yet Vegas still seems to know how to make our hair fall out. It’s almost like the guys responsible for creating these lines know something we don’t. This one felt like a Buffalo Wild Wings commercial if we’re being honest.
Nonetheless, Ohio State made good on what we’d like to call their word and sent us home happy.
45-17, 18 seconds left, 4th down from the 1, going for it from the spread. This is precisely why everyone roars when OSU loses.
I’d argue this is “suspicious” if OSU was indeed trying to meet/beat the spread. That’s shady.
