Richard Sherman Has Released A Statement

Richard Sherman has released a statement regarding his arrest on Wednesday:

The former All-Pro corner is being charged with five misdemeanors, including resisting arrest and DUI. Happy to see that Richard Sherman is taking full responsibility and plans to deal with his shortcomings in the near future.

Sherman, 33, was entering his tenth season in the NFL and was expected to sign with a team in the coming weeks as training camp nears. His NFL future, of course, will be on hold until his case is concluded.
