Calls Reporting Henry Ruggs’ Accident Provide Chilling Description of Scene

Audio obtained by TMZ featured some of the callers' reactions that reported the scene involving former Las Vegas Raiders receiver, Henry Ruggs III, coming from his fatal car collision on Nov. 2.

Ruggs and his girlfriend Kiara Je’nai Kilgo-Washington were inside a speeding Chevy Corvette, which reportedly hit a top speed of 156 mph at one point, and crashed with 23-year-old Tina Tintor, who was driving a Toyota RAV-4 later seen engulfed in flames.

The outlet previously provided video footage of Ruggs hightailing on the Vegas streets, leading up to the fatal accident.

One caller's testimony addressed repeated revving heard from outside their residence, close to the scene.

"I want to say the was probably speeding. I mean, I heard loud revving, loud noises, and then a big collision," the caller said.

Another caller that reached out to first responders heard pleas for help coming from the accident, which the report speculates as a potential SOS from Ruggs.

A third caller attested to hearing howls coming from the vehicle, which likely came from Tintor's dog, Max, also stuck in the SUV as the fire killed both owner and pet.

Per OutKick's Meg Turner, Ruggs was arrested at the scene (~2 a.m.) with a blood-alcohol level twice the legal limit (0.16). Ruggs had been spotted at a Top Golf earlier that evening, seen drinking.

He reportedly hit Tintor's vehicle at a speed of 127 mph. Ruggs received several charges from the incident, including:
