We had a great NFL day yesterday, cashing all three of our bets and we now look to continue that train as the Bills come to Tennessee to take on the Titans. Let’s look at what plays we can make on this game.

I’ve said this about the Titans for over a year now. They end up playing only half of the game. One half, they look like they could make the Super Bowl, the next they look like they could be drafting in the top 10. The inconsistency is very frustrating. That makes it hard for me to bet on them for a full game or even half the game on the spread. Who knows which team will play which half?

The Bills are Super Bowl contenders, no doubt about it. They have a strong defense, they have a quarterback and a complete offense. Last week they had a great outing against Kansas City in what was a statement game for them. Aside from an opening week embarrassment, they’ve looked as good as anyone in the NFL. The Bills are second in the NFL at stopping the run, but it will be a test against rushing king, Derrick Henry.

I think the Titans work to keep feeding Henry the ball and slow the game down to keep Josh Allen off the field. If they can do that, they greatly increase the chances of winning. If they start falling behind and need to air it out constantly, I think the Bills will walk away with it. My play on this game is over 53.5 points scored as I think the Bills shouldn’t have much of a struggle offensively . The Titans will need to fight to come back in the game which makes me think they should score a lot. I could see this game being a 31 – 24 final.

I also am going to play Ryan Tannehill to get over 1.5 passing touchdowns today at +112 . I do believe the Titans’ best chance to win is through Henry, but I also think the Bills win the game and that Tannehill will need to throw the ball more than they want. I think that is our gain as he goes over that total. For the record though, he has only had one game this season with multiple passing touchdowns.
