Houston Rockets head coach Mike D’Antoni has officially informed the team that he plans on leaving this offseason. Most analysts thought D’Antoni was on his way out anyway, but now the question becomes: To where?

With a few solid options for D’Antoni like in Philadelphia and Indiana, the fit becomes more important. The Pacers should catch his eye with a shooting guard in Victor Oladipo that has the ability to take the ball up the floor. A Very James Harden-esque skill set that can be amplified in a “Mike D’Antoni” system.
Expect offers for Mike to be outrageously high since he’s been relatively successful everywhere he’s gone (Sorry New York). He may not win titles, but winning a ton of basketball games like the Rockets have is enough for a team like Indiana.
Let the race for D’Antoni begin.
Good move on D’Antoni’s part. Get out before the pressure ramps up on his management to get rid of him.
He was here in Phoenix never could win anything and he’s been around awhile has proven he can’t win the big one sorry Gary its all about the rings winning a bunch of games just won’t cut it.
Sorry Greg getting into the playoffs and losing IS enough in Indiana. Everyone can’t win titles.
