Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch Sells For Roughly $4 Million

Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch on 1,200 acres has been sold to billionaire Ron Burkle for just north of $4 million. For the property, that's quite the value.

MJ bought the house for $19.5 million in 1987. Years later, after allegations of molestation, Jackson eventually settled to get rid of the house for around $20 million. With the number of South Park episodes in which this pad stars, that price tag had to take a hit somehow. Right?

The King of Pop's property has 12,000 square feet of space, a swimming pool, basketball court, tennis courts, and a 50-seat movie theatre. A romantic a movie night may not be possible with 48 open seats, but MJ apparently thought it was necessary.

According to TMZ, Burkle has a thing for buying celebrity homes. He's also purchased homes previously owned by Frank Lloyd Wright and John Lautner.
