Leah Kinyon formerly taught high school chemistry in Utah. But she apparently didn’t realize the formula for losing your job: uneducated comments + video cameras = unemployment line. Turns out, the ex-educator was on the receiving end of a lesson in karma.
On Tuesday, a recorded video from Kinyon’s classroom showed her delivering an epic rant that would make Karens across the country look on in awe and reverence: “I hate Donald Trump. I’m going to say it. I don’t care what y’all think. Trump sucks. He’s a sexual predator. He’s a literal moron. Go tattle on me to the freakin’ admins — they don’t give a crap.”
After huffing and puffing her way through some Trump bashing, Kinyon turned her attention to vaccines: “I am, like, so over it. I will be super proud of you if you choose to get the vaccine.”
“This is my classroom, and if you guys are going to put me at risk, you are going to hear about it. I have to be here, and I don’t have to be happy about the fact that there are kids coming in here with their variants that could get me or my family sick. That’s rude. And I am not going to pretend like it’s not. So don’t ask me to.”
Damn, Leah, get yourself a Valium already.
She wasn’t finished. Formerly tasked with educating our young adults, Kinyon pivoted to questioning the intelligence of her students and their parents: “Most of y’all’s parents are dumber than you. I’m going to say that out loud. My parents are freakin’ dumb, and the minute I figured that out, the world opens up. You don’t have to do everything your parents say, and you don’t have to believe everything your parents believe because most likely, you are smarter than them.”
As is the case when you don’t study for a midterm, the result was predictable: “Alpine School District has concluded our investigation of the incident that occurred on August 17, 2021 at Lehi High School,” said a statement from the district. “Although the details of a personnel investigation are confidential, the teacher involved is no longer an employee of Alpine School District.”
The reason this is so troubling is because there are a zillion teachers like this. This is not a one-off.
We have cameras for police why not teachers ???
I agree. Cameras in the classroom. The kids will behave better knowing their parents can watch them. Some of them anyway, a lot of parents are absent these days. And some are stupid too, like the teacher for example.
I don’t even think being on camera would stop some of these communist cockroaches from spewing their anti American venom.
Dude. There is a zero percent chance that if a teacher is on camera and she knows it – that she is going to stand there and say:
“Your parents are dumber than you.”
“Disobey them”
Absolutely. There are cameras watching us everywhere we go but yet we can’t see what’s going on in our kids classrooms. Seems like a logical thing to have.
The only silver lining to virtual learning was it gave parents a front row seat to the shit show that is public schools
Instead of defunding the police, let’s defund the public schools. You want virtual? No problem? One teacher will suffice for each subject. Go find another job where you only work 10 months of the year with every state/federal holiday in between
She would have got away with it if she just left it at Trump is dumb. The minute she starts blasting the kids’ parents is the minute she got fired. The audacity..
Also, lady is a science teacher. Leave politics out of the classroom. That shit is not on the syllabus. This should go for all teachers, left or right. STFU and do your job.
Every public school class should be on camera. The rot in these schools is systemic.

Sadly there are many like this very radical anything but teach private is the way to go these public schools are a disaster from coast to coast.
Liberals are emotional basket cases… this emotional roller-coaster the media and the DNC (but I repeat myself) keep their sheep on begins to physically harm them by middle age with a myriad of stress related ailments.
