Marvin Bagley III's Dad Tweets To The Sacramento Kings To Trade His Son

It never seems like a good idea when dear old dad gets involved in a young players career, and in the case of Marvin Bagley III, his dad has taken to twitter to express his displeasure about where his son's career is at.

Bagley’s dad isn't happy with how his son's current team, the Sacramento Kings, who drafted him with the second overall pick in 2018, are treating his son.

Dad went so far to go to twitter on Saturday and post the following: “please trade Marvin Bagley III ASAP!”

The elder Bagley went on to delete the tweet later on, but of course by then it had already made the rounds and had been screenshotted by plenty who posted it before it was removed.

Thus far in six games with the 3-3 Kings Bagley is averaging 11.8 points and eight rebounds per game.

Injuries have been an issue in Bagley's career, as after playing in 62 games his rookie season, he was only able to take the court for 13 games last season, putting up 14.2 points per game.

This season so far he's playing in just 24.8 minutes per game.
