Trump Ohio Rally: Marjorie Taylor Greene Says AOC Is 'Not An American'

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) called out Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) in front of thousands of supporters that showed up to former President Donald Trump's rally in Ohio — scheduled for Saturday night.

Greene, one of the first speakers from the event, called Ocasio-Cortez "the little communist from New York City," which got the crowd to start booing the mention of AOC.

Bringing back a classic line to satiate the wave of supporters present in Wellington, Greene also suggested a new approach to combating AOC's policies. “Yeah, lock her up too. That’s a good idea.”

Greene has long been in opposition to the socialist political rhetoric coming from AOC's platform. The audacious comments from Greene were made to remind Americans that the nation's principles, not the status, gives Americans their DNA.

“She’s not an American. She really doesn’t embrace our American ways,” said Greene, also calling out AOC's Green New Deal.

Former President Trump joined video-sharing platform Rumble hours before his Ohio rally to announce he would be streaming the event live from Lorain County Fairgrounds in Wellington, Ohio at 7 p.m. (EST).

Trump will also appear as the first ever guest on the Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show this upcoming Tuesday (6/29). The show airs 12-3 p.m. (ET) on more than 400 radio stations nationwide. Listen and subscribe to the show here.
