'Madden 22' Rookie Rankings Released; Pitts And Lawrence At The Top Of The Draft Class

As they do every August, game players of the super popular NFL simulation game are getting ready, as "Madden 22" is set for release on August 20th to fans worldwide.

Every year, there's plenty of rumblings about player rankings, which players got robbed on the rankings and which players might be a bit overvalued.








Rookies are always a huge deal for 'Madden,' and this year will be no exception with the number of high profile offensive rookies entering the league via the draft.

The latest rookies is something that a ton of fans focus in on for the game, and one rookie who is getting plenty of love is Atlanta Falcons first-round pick tight end Kyle Pitts.

Pitts is currently sitting with a high 81 rating (ratings are 0-100), and he's holding off Trevor Lawrence, the first overall pick in the NFL draft this past offseason by the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Lawrence is the top when it comes to rookie QBs, sitting with a mark of 78.

The game has to value 2,600 players, evaluating them in categories ranging from passing accuracy to tackling ability.

For rookies, it's a hard sell. There are some rookies who come out as stars right away, while it takes awhile for others to hit their stride if they do at all.
