Madden 21 Rookie QB Ratings Released; Jalen Hurts Won’t Be Pleased

EA Sports releases its Madden video football game August 2nd. Fans of this video game franchise have been patiently waiting for...

Player Ratings.

EA Sports has a history of being hard on its incoming rookies, giving them low ratings. EA  judges with caution to create a more realistic gaming experience for its consumers.

Below are some of the games most anticipated rookie quarterback ratings heading into 2020:

Joe Burrow, Cincinnati Bengals

Overall: 76
Speed: 83
Acceleration: 86
Agility: 82
Awareness: 77
Throw Power: 86

Tua Tagovailoa, Miami Dolphins

Overall: 73
Speed: 81
Acceleration: 85
Awareness: 76
Arm strength: 88

Justin Herbert, Los Angeles Chargers

Overall: 70
Speed: 82
Acceleration: 87
Awareness: 70
Arm strength: 92

Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles

Overall: 68
Speed: 86
Acceleration: 89
Awareness: 88
Arm strength: 84

Shocking to see Eagles’ Jalen Hurts with such generous ratings on the ground. Should be Mike Vick 2.0 in this edition of Madden.

Developers seem to hit the nail on the head with top pick Joe Burrow as they show arm strength is his lone weakness.

The Miami Dolphins offense is rated dead last in the game and Tua Tagovailoa will need to see massive improvement to roll with Miami in-game.
