LiAngelo Ball Signs With The Charlotte Hornets' G-League Team

The Ball family are now basketball royalty as LiAngelo Ball just signed with the Charlotte Hornets' G league team, according to Yahoo's Shams Charania. Make fun of LaVar Ball all you want, but he raised three NBA players.

Maybe LaVar knew what he was doing all along?

According to Shams, Ball will still enter the Oct. 23 NBA Draft, where he could be a candidate for the Charlotte's Greensboro affiliate. Either way, this is a major step towards getting all three Ball brothers in the NBA.

Lonzo Ball just signed a four-year, $85 million deal to be the point guard of the Chicago Bulls, LaMelo Ball is already a star within the Hornets organization, and now LiAngelo looks to make it a trifecta.

Will LiAngelo Ball make some noise in the G-League and join his brother with the Hornets? Only time will tell. However, family ties suggests he'll find a way.
