Larry David Approached Colin Cowherd, Told Him He's Not a Suit Guy

Larry David is a self-proclaimed social assassin. While it's unclear precisely where his real-life persona ends and his show character begins, it's fair to say that Curb Your Enthusiasm at its core is based on who he truly is and then perhaps exaggerated a little bit from there.

The latest example of this phenomenon comes by way of Colin Cowherd, who was filling time at the end of his show today. When his co-host Joy Taylor remarked that he's not a big suit guy, Colin said that Larry David once approached him at a dinner and told him the same thing:

"I went to a dinner one night and he came up to me," Cowherd said. "The only thing he said is, 'You don't look good in a suit. Take the tie off. Colin Cowherd doesn't wear a suit.' He said, 'You don't look right in a tie. You're not a tie guy'. I said, 'Tell my bosses . I'm not a tie guy.'"

I'd say I'd love to have been able to see video of this interaction but honestly just by Colin's telling of it you can picture the interaction in your mind.
