Korn Covered "The Devil Went Down to Georgia" By Charlie Daniels Band and It's a Banger

If you woke up today and tried to think of the most random cover possible, Korn doing a version of "The Devil Went Down to Georgia" by Charlie Daniels Band might just qualify for the top spot. But here we are:

Korn collaborated with the band Yelawolf on this cover; you can buy the single on Bandcamp.

While we're here, I've been really digging SiriusXM Turbo channel no. 41 recently. It's a station that plays Korn, System of a Down, Tool, Rage Against the Machine, Staind, Linkin Park, Godsmack, Taproot, Seether, Trapt, Disturbed, and a bunch of other nu-metal bands I listened to religiously during my angsty adolescence.

It's been about a month since Charlie Daniels passed at the age of 83. If you're interested in reading more about the background of "The Devil Went Down to Georgia", you can do so here.
