Knicks Announce Round 2 Playoff Tickets Are ‘Vaccinated Only”

Videos by OutKick

Just when we thought OutKick couldn’t be more on the money: vaccinations are now required to purchase second round Knicks tickets. The team just announced that tickets will be sold exclusively to vaccinated fans rather than sold to anyone who wants them. Ya know, how it’s been done for decades.

The rest of us who live our lives free of fear have to scalp these seats at rates four to fives times face value. Sounds like a scam to us.

Isn’t this exactly what we all anticipated? Our “get back to normal” meant all private experiences like concerts and sporting events would be ruined by politics forcing us to comply with the whims of handpicked scientists? Rather than allowing people to make their own decisions about vaccinations, the New York Knicks insist on knowing their private medical information. Because they know what’s best for the people — you don’t. You’re a bigot who denies science, remember?

Luckily for us, OutKick readers aren’t attending many NBA games these days anyway. This still matters though because these type of protocols and gimmicks don’t stop with the NBA.

Soon TicketMaster and Stub Hub will join in on the scam. If you don’t believe these major corporations will do exactly that, then look no further than Uber. They were offering free rides last month to get vaccinated, meanwhile they were nowhere to be found during election time. The world is getting their first glimpse of how controlling these private entertainment industries can get. Buckle up.

  1. Dead on Sheff… if you’re vaccinated, then why would you care if anyone else is? And if you’re not, then it’s your life to live-to go or stay locked away should be each person’s choice. These folks, despite being blind mice leading the blind, their utter stupidity is hilarious and sad at the same time.

  2. No one has to worry, the Knicks aren’t going to make it that far no matter how hard the NBA and the referees try to help the Knicks.

And yes, it is ridiculous. But that’s the NBA for you, might as well call it the Chinese National Basketball Association. And Taiwan is a country, F the CCPand DNC, I know, same thing.

  3. They can get away with this in NYC because they’re surrounded by like minded nuts. You might as well offer tickets to people who voted for Biden. Ooooh so edgy! This is a suicidal business move in general for national chains, because they understand they’re alienating half the potential customers over a private, personal decision that has absolutely nothing to do with their business. I am still puzzled on how they plan on enforcing this by “requiring” someone share HIPAA protected personal health info? Can a private business arbitrarily start demanding visitors share their health records before they’ll provide service? Seems like a discrimination lawsuit waiting to happen.
