Kirk Cousins Explains That Super Weird 'Celebration' With Mike Zimmer

Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins and head coach Mike Zimmer shared a unique moment during the 19-17 victory on Sunday.

Zimmer grabbed back and pushed Cousins away, as another Minnesota staffer appeared concerned for the head coach. Watch two different angles of the encounter below:

According to ESPN's Courtney Cronin, the quarterback says the exchange following the game was nothing more than a celebration between the two.

"Oh, I was just celebrating with him," Cousins said. "I was just fired up."

The Vikings (2-3) escaped Week 5 with a 17-16 win over the Detroit Lions and will travel to face the Carolina Panthers in Week 6.
