Kanye West Is Planning To Open 'Donda Academy' In So Cal And Just Landed 5-Star Recruit Jahki Howard

According to Bally Sport's Brandon "Scoop B" Robinson, Kanye West plans on open 'Donda Academy' in southern California for high school recruits. Somehow, his first client will be 2024 5-star small forward Jahki Howard out of Norcross.

We're really living in a simulation.

"I will be moving to California and I will be transferring to Donda Academy, I want to THANK YOU NORCROSS and the whole BLUE DEVIL FAMILY STILL WILL BE MY FAMILY. #Donda," Howard wrote in an Instagram post.

Actually not a terrible move because recruitment, at this point, is all about clout. I hate to admit it, but going viral on social media where all college coaches spectate, only increases exposure.

Playing basketball at an academy that'll likely come with Kanye West's Yeezy's in a gift basket has to be the ultimate power move for Gen X's. Very similar to the move baseball's Robinson Cano made when he signed a deal with Jay Z's Roc Nation back in 2013. A partnership into a cool kid's club maximizes what these kids are looking for.
