First, a couple of legal points : a. there’s no cause of action asserted here b. the plaintiff is not real c. the address of the plaintiff is actually the CNN Center in Atlanta. 

Believe it or not crazy ass plaintiff lawsuits are pretty common. Famous people have to deal with this sort of thing all the time. The case will be dismissed for any number of reasons once Johnny Manziel responds. 

In the meantime.
