Joe Biden Brags About United Airlines Vax Rate, Which Was Achieved After Mass Firings

Listen, Jack, if you fire 100 percent of employees that aren’t vaccinated, you are left with 100 percent vaccinated employees. This was the crux of a speech delivered by President Biden on Thursday, calling out disputes made over Americans losing their jobs — across all industries — over choosing to not get the COVID-19 vaccine. Biden assured his audience in Chicago that the overarching narrative should not be about the 100 percent of workers that got fired, but the common good that is achieved by retaining 100 percent of a labor force that is vaccinated. “When you see headlines and reports of mass firings, and hundreds of people losing their jobs, look at the bigger story: United went from 59 percent of their employees [vaccinated] to 99 percent,” assured Biden, failing to show his work on the questionable math.
