Jimmy G out, Nick Mullens, George Kittle And Deebo Samuel In

Jimmy Garoppolo is now listed as OUT for Sunday night's week 4 matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles. Nick Mullens is set to make his second consecutive start, so the rest of the team will need to step up. The return of George Kittle and Deebo Samuel should provide all the help he needs (at least this week).

Mullens is coming off a MONSTER 343-yard performance that led to a 36-9 demolition of the New York Giants. Yes, playing the Giants is a step up from Nerf, but his progression should instill some confidence against the stinker Eagles.

Not like Philadelphia is coming off the sting of a loss, they instead walk into week 4 after their coach, Doug Pederson, opted for a tie instead of trying to win. Philly shouldn't have a chip on their shoulder, they had IN HOUSE doubt. Mullens gets an opportunity now to twist the knife in Carson Wentz and the Philadelphia Eagles for good.

San Fran did all this damage against the Giants without the contributions of practically all of their household names. 36 points against any defense is more than Carson Wentz can say. The guy managed a tie matched up with a dismal Cincinnati defense, so let's give Mullens his flowers!

Despite losing Jimmy G for another week, the team overall is headed towards a healthy squad and it should be enough at home against Philly. Those poor Eagles.
