Jeff Brohm Status for Purdue Season Debut in Question After Positive COVID Test

Jeff Brohm, the head coach of Purdue football, tested positive for COVID-19. Purdue released the following statement (via Gold and Black):

Purdue opens their season with a home game against Iowa next week.

We'll wait and see what happens with the confirmation tests for Brohm -- remember all the way back to Wednesday when Nick Saban tested positive; three negative tests later and that was deemed a false positive and he was on the sidelines for Alabama's win over Georgia.

This 2020 football season is unlike any other we've ever experienced before, and hopefully unlike any other we'll ever experience again.
