Janoris Jenkins’ $250K Rolls-Royce Goes Missing, Sets Off Investigation

The Atlantic Police Department has released news of an investigation looking into the sudden disappearance of a $250,000 Rolls-Royce owned by Tennessee Titans cornerback Janoris “Jackrabbit” Jenkins.

According to a report released by TMZ Sports, Jenkins left his Roll-Royce at the Atlanta International Airport on May 5 and boarded a flight to Florida. On May 26, APD announced that an investigation would commence to look for the missing vehicle.

Jenkins has requested the airport provide security footage of the missing vehicle, since no evidence about when it departed the lot has materialized.

Jenkins provided some feedback on his experience dealing with the airport security unit in a scathing announcement on Instagram:

“I understand very well that unfortunate events like this do happen but these types of establishments are supposed to provide SAFETY, comfort and most of all a customer service that is unmatched … BE aware of this airport, it’s distasteful staff, and please think twice before parking your vehicle here! I’m now short a quarter million dollars of an asset that I own with no help from this airport.”

The sharp comments directed at airport security may be the usual temperament of a rich, professional athlete, or a fitting account of airport processes that seem to get worse with every trip.

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport has yet to release an official statement regarding the complaints submitted by Jenkins.

The Path to the Wraith may be resolved by the weekend, or drawn out in an Agatha Christie-like whodunnit about the Rolls-Royce that vanished into thin air, but fans of the seasoned CB are hoping that an honest thief emerges with keys ready to return.

Jackrabbit should probably check 10 or 15 yards down the lot … that’s the average separation opposing receivers have once they get past him.

  1. Who in the hell parks a quarter million dollars at an airport and leaves the city? Park that “asset” in your garage and take an Uber. He’s either incredibly dumb or he’s covering up for some b.s. he is involved in.
