Jalen Ramsey Fined, Golden Tate Not Fined After Fight Amidst Personal Issues Last Week

Jalen Ramsey was fined $15,625 and Golden Tate was not fined after the two scrapped on the field last week, according to Gary Klein of the Los Angeles Times. Perhaps the difference in the effect to their wallet was attributable to Ramsey reportedly waiting for Tate outside the Giants' locker room (there were no further fisticuffs).

As we covered at the time, Ramsey and Tate have personal beef. Ramsey was previously in a relationship Tate’s sister and broke up with her while she was pregnant. “I’m not happy at all with the disrespect that he’s shown towards my sister, and the things he’s done in the past, but I don’t really want to go too much into it,” Tate told the NY Post last August.

Given that they are not in the same division and the Giants are highly unlikely to make the playoffs, it might be awhile -- if ever -- before we see Tate and Ramsey face off on the field again.
