Hugh Freeze Is Probably Done at Ole Miss

I broke my Outkick the Show silence yesterday at Disney World when news broke about Ole Miss's ongoing NCAA mess. The Rebels announced a bowl ban for the 2017 season, agreed to give up $7.8 million in SEC funds, and announced they were fighting a potentialy year long suspension that Hugh Freeze would face under NCAA rules.

Here are all my thoughts on the the incident.

Spoiler alert: I don't see how Hugh Freeze keeps his job.

By the way, if your school is decent at football and you think they aren't paying players too, you are burying your head in the sand. I believe that every top college football school has paid players. That's why I've always said the NCAA is basically a traffic cop, everybody is speeding and they randomly pull someone over and give them a ticket. All these cars are whizzing by and the NCAA is the traffic cop leaned over your window lecturing you about why you were speeding.

It's infuriating, arbitrary and absurd.

And it isn't justice at all.

Ask Bruce Pearl who lost multiple years to a cookout and Jim Tressel who lost his career ended to free tattoos.

It looks like Hugh Freeze is next.
