Mattie-Lou Chandler lives in Dallas, Texas. Mattie-Lou started at Outkick when a friend forwarded Clay Travis The Bachelor recaps she wrote for her pledge class as a joke. This eventually led to Mattie-Lou quitting her job in corporate finance. Now she travels frequently for Outkick covering everything from college football and golf to beauty pageants, spelling bees, and of course, The Bachelor/Bachelorette. A 2013 Finance and Computer Science graduate from The University of Alabama (what up 5.5 year plan), she completed 3 semesters at UGA, but Nick Saban and the Tide needed her in Tuscaloosa to witness 3 BCS National Championships. Aside from sports, she is determined to make the world a better place by combating the Wussification of America, eliminating same-side booth sitters, and inspiring people to want more out of life than a retweet from a celebrity. She excels at Eastbound & Down quotes, Golden Tee, supporting Lane Kiffin’s antics, and rapping dirty rap songs.
