Hillary Clinton Betting Favorite to be Next President

With the race to become the next President of the United States set to be decided in less than 10 months, Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton remains a solid favorite to follow Barack Obama in the White House at -110 odds.

The 68-year-old Clinton -- wife of former President Bill Clinton -- previously served as U.S. Secretary of State under President Obama from January 2009 until February 2013.

Hillary Clinton is looking to keep the Democrats in the oval office for a third consecutive term and ran against President Obama for the party's Presidential nomination in 2008.

Clinton won more primaries and delegates than any female in the country's history during her prior Presidential run before ultimately falling short, and she is again attempting to become the first woman President ever in the United States.

Clinton is also a heavy -700 favorite to win the Democratic nomination, and her main competition to win the U.S. Presidential election is fellow Democrat Bernie Sanders and Republican favorite Donald Trump.

Sanders is a U.S. senator from the state of Vermont, best known for being a socialist and currently serving as a ranking minority member on the Senate Budget Committee. The 74-year-old has previously run for office as an independent and is listed as a big +350 underdog to upset Clinton for the Democratic nomination.

Trump is the +125 favorite to win the Republican nomination and +250 to win the U.S. Presidential election. The 69-year-old billionaire real estate developer and former reality television host of The Apprentice may be the most outspoken candidate to ever campaign for President.

Trump is viewed by many supporters as somebody who can run the country as a business, providing a different perspective from the private sector.

Other Republicans challenging Trump to become the party's nominee include Marco Rubio (+250), Ted Cruz (+350), Jeb Bush (+1200) and Chris Christie (+1200). Of that group, Rubio and Cruz have the next best odds to become President behind Clinton, Trump and Sanders at +1000 and +1200, respectively.
