Hi-C Orange Set To Return After Four Years Off McDonald's National Menu

It's been a long four years since McDonald's eliminated Hi-C Orange off the menu and replaced the delicious orange-tasting beverage with Fanta Orange. However, there's good news today for those who have missed the drink:

It's making a triumphant return.

Ronald McDonald and all his friends announced on Wednesday that Hi-C Orange Lavaburst (aka Hi-C Orange) is coming back to the beverage menu, giving fans of the drink another option when crushing cheeseburgers or spicy Chicken McNuggets.

The drink has been a staple on the McDonald's menu for many years. It was first introduced to fans back in 1955, and they began drinking it up by the gallon.

Though McDonald's removed it from the menu back in 2017, it's set to be rolled out again nationwide.

Here's a video that was produced back in 2017 when the drink was taken away in favor of Fanta orange.

After the orange drink was removed from the menu, fans did whatever they could to get it back, including starting petitions, but nothing seemed to matter.

Though 2021 has gotten off to a sluggish start for many, at least there will be a great drink alternative at McDonald's.

The roll out of the drink is scheduled to be completed nationwide by June.
