Hahaha! Vaccinated Sections Of Citi Field Puts Mets Fans In The Worst Seats

The New York Mets are ready to reward fans who have been fully vaccinated. OK, that's false. In fact, it's the opposite. Those who are fully vaccinated and want to sit around others who are fully vaccinated have been given terrible seats at Citi Field.

At least that's what Mets beat reporter Mark Gooden for the Washington Examiner said on Tuesday.

"Per source, the vaccinated sections of Citi Field are all of the worst seats in the stadium," Gooden tweeted.

People on Twitter aren't happy about it either. They feel that those who have taken the vaccine have been the most responsible and shouldn't have to sacrifice seat quality to sit in a section of fully vaccinated people.

Now, we should note that those who are vaccinated don't necessarily have to sit in that section. For some reason, many on Twitter have assumed that they do. They don't. They can sit wherever they want. However, if they want to be surrounded by other vaccinated people, then they have to sit in those designated sections.

Or ... they could just opt to sit in better seats that are still spread out. But hey, that's just my opinion. As a fan, I enjoy having more room while sitting in my seat.

Either way, it has been hilarious to watch people's reaction to this news.
