Gronkowski Says He's Coming Back To Play In 2021 For Tampa Bay

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are looking to take the next step Sunday evening to the NFC Title game when they take on the New Orleans Saints in the final game of the weekend in the NFL.

Tampa is already looking ahead to the 2021 season, and a couple of their high profile players on offense are set to make a return to the team next year.

Those two players are quarterback Tom Brady and tight end Rob Gronkowski, two players who each had great seasons for the Bucs.

Sunday "Gronk" said to former New England Patriots and now NFL Network talking head Willie McGinest that he's coming back for a second season with the Buccaneers.

"Yeah, you've gotta ," Gronkowski said.

"I feel like this team was built to win right now. It was put together this year to win right now. It always pops up in your mind, you're thinking about the future a little bit.

"I can definitely see this team also having a lot of talent come back and have another successful run next year as well with me."

The always outlandish tight end had a solid first season down in Florida, making 45 grabs for 623 yards and seven scores.

His buddy Brady played lights out as the season went on, throwing for 4,633 yards with 40 touchdowns and 12 picks with a 102.2 quarterback rating.

Brady at 44 years old back in the fold is a big deal for the Bucs, and him having his running mate in Gronk is also big for the team.

Gronkowski is still a player who can get it done on the field, as even at 31 years old he was a force on the team and if he can play in 2021 with the same intensity there's no doubt he makes Tampa a better team.
