Greg Norman Downsizes, Buys 12,000 Sq. Ft. Florida Mansion With An Insane Pool

The last time we checked in with Greg Norman he was selling a Florida property that had over 31,000 sq. ft. of living space for $59,900,000. That property quickly sold for $55 million, giving the Shark some playing around money which led to the Aussie golf legend downsizing to a 12,000 sq. ft. mansion that he has purchased for $12,200,000, per a report by Realtor.com.

Greg's new house in Palm Beach Gardens, purchased from a former Harrah's casino exec, features six bedrooms, 7 1/2 bathrooms and a massive pool complex that will make guests think they're at some exotic Florida retirement resort on PEDs.

Put it this way, The Shark might've downsized to a 12,000 sq. ft. mansion, but he sure didn't give up many amenities. Swim-up bar? Check. Insane billiards/theater/bar room? Check. An outdoor shower for Greg to do Shark things? Check. Golf course views? Of course.

Now 66, Greg's clearly to the point in his life where he doesn't need all the bells and whistles like the old days in the $60 million dollar home. He's just like the rest of us who know it's not about the size of the house, it's the memories you create in the house.
