Which quarterback prospect will the Los Angeles Rams select with the first overall pick in next week’s NFL Draft? California’s Jared Goff and North Dakota State’s Carson Wentz share the same odds to be the first overall selection as the relocated franchise looks for a long-term answer at quarterback. The Rams acquired the top pick from the Tennessee Titans in exchange for six picks — including two first-rounders — and now must decide between the Golden Bears’ Goff and the Bison’s Wentz on draft day. And the quarterback that the Rams don’t select could end up with the Philadelphia Eagles, as they have acquired the second-overall pick from the Cleveland Browns for multiple draft picks.
