Gina Carano’s ‘Mandalorian’ Action Figures Skyrocket In Price After Firing

Videos by OutKick

Perhaps you planned to purchase Gina Carano’s Mandalorian action figure to support the badass actress after Disney fired her for being a conservative. While I still encourage you to do so, I recommend not choosing it over your car payment. And you may have to choose.

The prices for Cara Dune figurines are skyrocketing now that a top toymaker has said it would no longer produce the items. The Hill reports that people are really looking to cash in, listing the figurines for nearly $500 on eBay. Even the cheap ones will cost you at least $250.

One eBay listing (by the way, when was the last time eBay was in the news?) is offering the action figure for $495, the same product Target sold for $25 just a few weeks ago. Target is sold out of Cara Dune, though, so $495 it may take.

Talk about a profit.

“This figure will be discontinued due to the actress who plays her being fired and this figure will become very rare,” an eBay seller explains.

That I agree with. So, the choice is yours: buy Cara Dune for $500 or wait for the character Gina Carano plays in a film with The Daily Wire for $25. You are thinking the first choice, aren’t you?
