Giants & Padres Fans Beat Up Each Other As Tensions Boil Over

It's been a wild week of people beating up each other, and the latest incident went down Wednesday at Petco Park where Giants and Padres bigguns' dropped the gloves and hot dogs to unload some punches.

"Apparently the two groups were trash-talking all night and when one of them was leaving, it escalated. That's what some people who sat right behind them said," according to Christian, the guy who recorded the incident.

Let's go to the footage and then I'll get down to the analysis.

The smart money here says that Giants fans were bragging about being on the verge of 100 wins while the Padres have faded down the stretch with the team's two biggest stars nearly coming to blows in the dugout. This is the frustration of knowing your sports season is over. This is the frustration of knowing the Chargers are now up the I-5 in Los Angeles and it's going to be a dark winter in San Diego, even if it's beautiful during the day.

Tensions....buh...buh...buh...boil over and the next thing you know the bigguns' are throwing haymakers like they're Cowboys fans beating up Cowboys fans or Browns fans beating up Browns fans.

Throw these combatants into an IHOP at 1 a.m. and they're recreating the madness that went down last weekend in Texas. Bigguns' gotta eat/throw punches, and Wednesday night it was on full display in San Diego.
