Former 'Bachelor' Host Chris Harrison Engaged To Lauren Zima From Entertainment Tonight

Former Bachelor host Chris Harrison got down on one knee at a romantic Napa Valley spot where he presented girlfriend Lauren Zima with an engagement ring in a scene straight out of the popular TV reality show where Harrison worked until 2020.

Harrison, a Clay Travis favorite, simply stated, "I love you Lauren Zima. The next chapter starts now," on an Instagram post published Monday announcing the big engagement news.

Harrison, 50, and Zima, 33, reportedly started dating two years ago after meeting through interviews tied to Harrison's work on the TV show. Zima serves as a correspondent for Entertainment Tonight.

"We tell each other this all the time, and we said it again in an unforgettably beautiful moment this weekend: I didn’t know love could be like this. You are the most incredible partner. Thank you for loving me, championing me and asking me to marry you. Here’s to the next amazing chapter, and all the rest 💍," Zima wrote on Instagram.

This will be the second marriage for Zima and Harrison, who has two children from a previous marriage.

In June, Harrison announced he wouldn't be returning to the Bachelor and said he was "excited to start a new chapter" after being taken out by the Great Woke Attack of 2020. Deadline.com reported Harrison was to receive a "mid-range eight-figure payoff" to go away from the show and stay quiet about his exit.
